The day before your Mosaicmarch begins, our team will meet you on-site to discuss the details we agreed on during the planning process:

Logistics including AV, tables, chairs, and spacial considerations.
Game specifics like interactive game cards, game boards, and incentive tracker.
On-site media station for Mosaicmarch challenges like interactive interviews.
WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENS DURING AN EVENT?
This all depends on the vision we set forth during our initial meetings. Whether or not our team is onsite to support with facilitation, video production, or to make sure everything runs smoothly, your teams arrive with everything they need to contribute to the collaborative art experience and build their culture, together. Your event may be over, but the Mosaicmarch doesn’t end. Depending on your chosen program options, teams enjoy their incentives, photo and video highlights encourage cross functional collaboration beyond the occasion, and optional “extra credit” challenges motivate teams to connect beyond the occasion.
After your event, you and your customer care representative will debrief the event, share warm fuzzies, and discuss how our partnership might grow to support your cross department communication goals in the future.
